基于三螺旋理论的多维协同育人模式构建研究

摘　　要：建设“应用型”大学要求人才培养与社会经济发展需求高度契合,会展专业需要“复合型”人才的特点促使高校构建协同育人平台的需求更为迫切。在分析会展专业协同育人平台构建现状的基础上,基于三螺旋理论,对组成会展专业协同育人平台的政府、会展行业、高校、会展协会的多方利益点进行分析,找出协同育人平台多维利益共同点,提出结合高校所处区域资源的独特性,构建以一种模式为主、多种模式为辅、兼顾多方利益主体需求点的复合型协同育人模式并探索其运行机制。The construction of application-oriented universities requires that cultivation of talents should be highly compatible with the needs of social and economic development.The need for inter-disciplinary talents in the Event Management program make it more urgent for the universities to build a collaborative education platform.Based on the triple helix theory and analysis of the status quo of collaborative education platform of the Event Management,this paper analyzes the multiple interests of the government,the exhibition industry,universities,and exhibition associations so as to dig out the common interests of this multi-dimensional platform.Considering the uniqueness of the regional resources where the university is located,the paper proposes to construct a composite collaborative education model that is based on one model,supplemented by multiple models,and takes into account the needs of the different parties of the multi-dimensional platform,and explores its operating mechanism.
