摘 要:随着信息技术和知识经济的迅速发展,供应链管理成为企业提高物流效率及核心竞争力的重要手段。物流业的效率由运输、仓储、流通加工和配送等的效率,以及参与供应链的企业之间的衔接和配合效率来决定。韩国企业从管理方式上利用供应链战略提高了物流效率和企业的核心竞争力,尤其是在供应链伙伴关系的形成和绩效方面有鲜明的特点和优势,中国企业有必要借鉴其成功经验。通过对韩国企业的供应链伙伴关系的形成特点和绩效的分析,对中国企业提出有益的建议。With the rapid development of information technology and knowledge Economy,supply chain management has become an important means for enterprises to improve logistics efficiency and core competitiveness.The efficiency of the logistics is determined by the efficiency of transportation,warehousing,distribution processing and distribution,and the efficiency of convergence and coordination between companies involved in the supply chain.Thus South Korean companies have used the supply chain strategy to improve logistics efficiency and core competitiveness.In particular,there are distinct characteristics and advantages in the formation and performance of supply chain partnerships.In this regard,Chinese companies need to learn from their successful experiences.This paper analyzes the formation characteristics and performance of Korean companies’supply chain partnerships and provides useful suggestions for Chinese companies.
