摘 要:我国高职高专应用型人才培养模式不断改革与创新,培养了一大批高素质应用型、技能型专门人才,本文从三方面整理研究如下:人才培养模式的内涵及构成要素。国内高职高专人才培养主要以就业为导向、产学研结合、工学交替、“2+1”产学结合、“订单式”的人才培养模式;国外高职高专人才培养模式主要为德国“双元”制、新加坡“教学工厂”、美国职业群集、德国基于工作过程的人才培养模式。新时期高等职业教育人才培养模式改革和构建的对策措施。The training model of applied talents in higher vocational colleges in China has been continuously reformed and innovated,and a large number of high-quality applied and skilled professionals have been trained.This paper analyzes the following three aspects:Firstly,the connotation and components of the talent training model.Second,the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges in China is mainly employment-oriented,the combination of production,study and research,the exchange of work and study,the combination of“2+1”production and learning,and“order-based”talent training mode;the foreign higher vocational training personnel training mode is mainly Germany“dual”system,Singapore“teaching factory”,American professional cluster,Germany based on the work process of talent training mode.The third is the countermeasures for the reform and construction of the talent training model for higher vocational education in the new era.
