超声骨刀与高速气涡轮手机去骨法拔除上颌埋伏多生牙的手术效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的:对比超声骨刀与高速气涡轮手机去骨法拔除上颌埋伏多生牙的手术效果。方法:选择本院2018年3月~2019年3月口腔科收治的上颌埋伏多生牙患者100例,随机分为研究组(超声骨刀组)和对比组(高速气涡轮手机去骨组),比较两组患者的手术时间、疼痛评分及术后不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组的VAS评分(4.13±1.46)明显比对比组低(P<0.05),但研究组手术耗时(57.34±7.54)min更长(P<0.05)。研究组患者手术后的牙齿咬合力(145.26±12.05)lbs、咀嚼频率(91.39±6.20)%显著高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的术后不良反应发生率8%低于对比组的20%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声骨刀与高速气涡轮手机去骨法均可有效拔除上颌埋伏多生牙,但相较而言,采用超声骨刀法手术舒适度更高,术后产生不良反应的几率更低,手术效果也更明显。Objective:To compare the effect of ultrasonic bone scalpel and high speed air turbo cell phone in the extraction of ambushed maxillary supernumerary teeth.Methods:100 cases of maxillary impacted supernumerary teeth admitted to the department of stomatology in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the research group(ultrasonic osteotomy group)and the comparison group(turbo cell bone-removing group),and the operation time,pain score and postoperative adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.13±1.46)(P<0.05),and the operation time of the study group was longer(57.34±7.54)min(P<0.05).The postoperative bite force(145.26±12.05)LBS and chewing frequency(91.39±6.20)%of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was 20%lower than that in the control group(8%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both ultrasonic bone scalpel and turbo cell phone bone-removing method can effectively remove the overgrowth teeth in the upper jaw.However,compared with ultrasonic bone scalpel method,the operation time is shorter,the comfort level is higher,the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions is lower,and the operation effect is more obvious,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
