重复经颅磁刺激联合心理认知治疗老年抑郁症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察并探讨重复经颅磁刺激联合心理认知治疗老年抑郁症的临床效果。方法:以86例老年抑郁症患者为对象,等分为各43例的对照组以及研究组,前者进行单一重复经颅磁刺激治疗,后者进行对照组基础上的心理认知联合治疗,分析两组治疗前后HAMD-17总分,评定治疗有效率。结果:治疗前两组数据差异不明显,经过治疗,研究组患者各时间段HAMD-17评分均与对照组相比更为理想,组间差异明显(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的79.07%,数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对老年抑郁症患者实施重复经颅磁刺激联合心理认知治疗效果更为显著,可以有效提升治疗有效率,帮助患者快速康复,进而提升患者生活质量。Objective:To observe and investigate the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with cognitive therapy in the treatment of senile depression.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with depression were divided into control group and study group,the former group was treated with single and repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation,and the latter group was treated with combined psychological cognition based on the control group.The total HAMD-17 scores of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed to evaluate the treatment effectiveness.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,HAMD-17 scores of patients in the study group were more ideal than those in the control group at each time period,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.07%).The data showed a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with cognitive therapy is more effective in elderly patients with depression,which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,help patients recover quickly and improve their quality of life,and can be widely promoted in clinical treatment.
