多排螺旋CT对肺小结节的诊断作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在肺小结节的诊断中采用多排螺旋CT的效果。方法:选取2017年3月~2019年5月本院收治的30例肺小结节患者为研究对象,对所有患者分别施行常规CT检查与多排螺旋CT检查,观察两种检查方式的诊断符合率、操作时间以及图像质量优良率。结果:多排螺旋CT诊断符合率明显高于常规CT检查,同时其图像质量优良率明显高于常规CT检查(P<0.05);多排螺旋CT检查操作时间明显短于常规CT检查(P<0.05)。结论:在肺小结节的诊断中采用多排螺旋CT检查,能够提高诊断的符合率和图像质量,缩短CT检查时间,具有较高的临床诊断价值。Objective:To explore the effect of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of small lung nodules.Methods:30 patients with small pulmonary nodules admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were subjected to conventional CT examination and multislice spiral CT examination,and the diagnosis of the two examination methods was observed to be consistent Rate,operating time,and image quality.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of multi-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of conventional CT examinations,and its image quality rate was significantly higher than that of conventional CT examinations(P<0.05);the operation time of multi-slice spiral CT examinations was significantly shorter than that of conventional CT examinations(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate and image quality,shorten the time of CT examination,and has high clinical diagnostic value.
