摘  要:采用4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷四缩水甘油胺(AG-80)与聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,在三氟化硼乙胺的催化下合成了环氧树脂乳化剂(AG-PEG4000),利用相反转法制备了固含量为55%的AG-80环氧乳液。乳化剂的结构由红外光谱分析来表征。通过离心稳定性、粒径尺寸分布和旋转黏度等测试,探明了聚乙二醇相对分子质量、乳化剂用量、乳化温度以及乳化剪切速率对乳液性能的影响。差示扫描量热分析被用来表征AG-80和E-44环氧树脂固化物的耐热性。结果显示:AG-80与聚乙二醇4000成功反应合成了乳化剂AG-PEG4000;乳化剂用量为AG-80环氧树脂质量的10%、乳化温度为50℃以及乳化剪切速率为1000 r/min时,乳液平均粒径最小为0.5μm,25℃旋转黏度为8600 cps。AG-80固化物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)较E-44固化物有73.7℃的提高。The emulsifiers for epoxy resin were synthesized from epoxy resin AG-80 and polyethylene glycol(PEG)in the presence of boron trifluoride ethylamine as catalyst,which were used to prepare the AG-80 epoxy resin emulsion with a solid of 55%through the method of phase inversion emulsification.The effects of the molecular weight of PEG,the dosage of the emulsifier,the emulsifying temperature combined with dispersion rate on the properties of the epoxy emulsion were investigated by centrifugal stability test,particle size distribution test and rotary viscosity test respectively.The results indicated that the epoxy resin AG-80 was reacted with PEG successfully;When the blended mass ratio of the emulsifier and AG-80 was 1∶10,the emulsifying temperature was 50℃and the dispersion rate was 1,000 rpm,the obtained emulsion whose rotary viscosity was 8,600 cps at 25℃possessed the minimum average particle size of 0.5μm.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)result demonstrated that the glass transition temperature(Tg)of the AG-80 was 73.7℃higher than that of the cured epoxy resin E-44.
