64层螺旋CT诊断小肠出血性疾病的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析64层螺旋CT诊断小肠出血性疾病的价值情况。方法:选择2017年9月~2018年9月来本院接受治疗的小肠出血者88例为研究对象,对其开展64层螺旋CT检查,分析结果。结果:38例为十二指肠间质瘤。其中水平部共计14例,肠降部24例。十二指肠乳头癌共计16例。肠间质瘤共计12例,回肠淋巴瘤共计6例,回肠盲部外伤性出血共计2例,阳性率为84.1%(74/88)。结论:针对于小肠出血者来讲,利用64层螺旋CT开展诊断能够取得较为满意的临床效果。其有着安全性强、可靠性高的特征。Objective:To analyze the value of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of small bowel bleeding diseases.Methods:A total of 88 patients with small bowel hemorrhage who came to our hospital for treatment from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects.64-slice spiral CT was performed on them and the results were analyzed.Results:38 cases were duodenal stromal tumors.There were 14 cases in the horizontal part and 24 cases in the descending part of the bowel.There were 16 cases of duodenal papillary cancer.There were a total of 12 cases of intestinal stromal tumors,a total of 6 cases of ileal lymphoma,and a total of 2 cases of ileocecal traumatic bleeding.The positive rate was 84.1%(74/88).Conclusion:For patients with small bowel bleeding,64-slice spiral CT diagnosis can achieve satisfactory clinical results.It has the characteristics of strong security and high reliability.
