颈部血管超声对缺血性脑血管病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:研究颈部血管超声对缺血性脑血管病的诊断价值。方法:选择2018年6月~2019年7月本院收治的82例缺血性脑血管病患者,以数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查结果为金标准,所有患者均行CT血管造影及颈部血管超声检查。观察患者在颈部血管超声及CT血管造影检查的颈动脉狭窄程度及各自检出符合率。结果:82例患者经DSA检查发现31例轻度狭窄,37例中度狭窄,11例重度狭窄,3例完全闭塞;颈部血管超声与CT血管造影的颈动脉狭窄程度检出率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:颈部血管超声在缺血性脑血管病中颈动脉狭窄程度的检测中具有较高的诊断价值,可为该类疾病的临床诊断提供较为可靠的影像学数据参考。Objective:To study the diagnostic value of cervical vascular ultrasound for ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:82 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were selected.Digital subtraction angiography(DSA)was used as the gold standard.All patients underwent CT angiography and neck Ultrasonography of blood vessels.Observe the patient’s carotid artery stenosis degree and their detection coincidence rate in cervical vascular ultrasound and CT angiography.Results:Among the 82 patients,31 cases were mild stenosis,37 cases were moderate stenosis,11 cases were severe stenosis and 3 cases were completely occluded by DSA;there was no significant difference in the detection rate of carotid artery stenosis between carotid ultrasound and CT angiography(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cervical vascular ultrasound has a high diagnostic value in the detection of carotid artery stenosis in ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and can provide a more reliable imaging data reference for the clinical diagnosis of this type of disease.
