化瘀通络汤对急性脑梗死患者神经功能与炎性反应标志物的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察化瘀通络汤对急性脑梗死患者神经功能与炎性反应标志物的影响。方法:选取96例急性脑梗死(ACI)患者纳入研究,入选患者经简单随机法均分后,分别纳入常规组与治疗组,常规组给予曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物静脉滴注等常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规组治疗同时使用化瘀通络汤口服治疗。治疗4周后,对比两组患者疗效,观察患者神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、mRS评分、血清炎性反应标志物、脑血流指标于治疗前后的变化情况。结果:治疗组(91.67%)与常规组(75.00%)比较前者更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组炎性标志物TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP,神经功能NIHSS评分与脑血流指标均有改善(P<0.05),且组间对比治疗组更优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀通络汤应用于急性脑梗死治疗中可辅助改善患者神经功能、减轻炎性反应程度、提高脑部血供。Objective:To observe the effect of Huayu Tongluo decoction on neurological function and inflammatory response markers in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:A total of 96 patients with ACI were included in the study.The selected patients were divided into the conventional treatment group and the decoction group after simple random method.The conventional group was treated with western medicine such as intravenous infusion of trixrutin brain protein hydrolysate,and the decoction group was treated with Huayu Tongluo decoction at the same time as the conventional group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared,and the changes of neurological deficit scores according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),mRS score,serum inflammatory response markers and cerebral blood flow indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results:The decoction group(91.67%)was better than the conventional treatment group(75.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,inflammatory markers of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP and NIHSS,as well as neurological function and cerebral blood flow indexes were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),with better improvement in the decoction group when compared with the decoction group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Huayu Tongluo decoction in the treatment of ACI can help to improve the neurological function of patients,reduce the degree of inflammatory response,and improve the cerebral blood supply.
