机械专业本科毕业设计的教学模式研究

摘　　要：文章通过分析目前机械专业毕业设计的现状以及教学指导中存在的主要问题,提出了以企业项目为导向的双轨制教学模式改革,构建校企合作的毕业设计双轨教学平台,按企业项目运作模式,组建紧密型的毕业设计团队,毕业设计选题以企业项目来源为主,企业优秀工程师与学校指导老师采用一对一“结对子”的方式,共同开展毕业设计指导教学工作以及毕业设计成果评价工作,同时毕业设计的成果评价采用规范与实践并重的模式。这种教学模式的改革,可以有效地改善毕业设计指导教学与社会实际人才需求脱节的现状,提高学生分析问题和解决实际问题的能力,使毕业生可以更快更好地适应与满足用人单位的实际岗位技能需求。Based on the analysis of the current situation of graduation design of mechanical major and the main problems existing in teaching guidance,this paper puts forward the reform of double-track teaching mode guided by enterprise project,constructs double-track teaching platform of graduation design of school enterprise cooperation,and establishes a close graduation design team according to the operation mode of enterprise project.The selection of graduation design topic is mainly from the source of enterprise project,and the excellent engineer of the enterprise and the school's instructors adopt the one-to-one"pairing"method to jointly carry out the teaching work of graduation project guidance and the evaluation of graduation project results.At the same time,the evaluation of graduation project results adopts the mode of both standard and practice.The reform of this teaching mode can effectively improve the current situation that the guidance teaching of graduation design is out of line with the actual social talent demand,improve the ability of students to analyze and solve practical problems.It makes graduates better adapt to and meet the actual post skills needs of employers.
