摘　　要：自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,驻桂高校助力广西电力企业“走出去”取得了积极成效,但也面临人才培养存在短板、科研能力不够强大、智库平台不够完善等困境,应主动与驻沪高校在电力类人才培养、电力技术研发、电力类智库平台建设和电力类企业外宣服务基地建设等方面开展合作,从而为广西电力企业“走出去”提供高质量人才供给、高水平科技支撑、高效率决策咨询服务和高标准外宣服务。Since the proposal of the“Belt and Road”initiative,colleges and universities in Guangxi have helped Guangxi electric power enterprises to“go global”and achieved positive results.However,they are also faced with shortcomings in personnel training,insufficient scientific research capabilities,and insufficient think tank platforms,etc,should be active in power class talent cultivation in colleges and universities in Shanghai,power technology research and development,construction of electric power think tank platform,and the construction of power enterprises outreach service bases,so as to provide high-quality talent supply,high-level technology support,and high consultation services for efficient decision-making and high-standard outreach services.
