集群创新网络与企业创新绩效关系研究——基于南京软件产业集群的实证分析

摘　　要：以南京软件产业集群202家企业为研究对象,构建集群创新网络,对目标企业所处网络的关系特征、结构特征、创新环境与创新绩效间的关系进行假设并实证检验。研究结果表明,企业网络关系特征的稳定性维度与企业创新绩效显著负相关,网络结构特征对企业创新绩效有正向影响,集群内部的氛围环境正向作用于企业创新绩效,由此得到相关的管理启示和进一步的对策建议。Taking the 202 enterprises in Nanjing software industry cluster as the research object,constructing the cluster innovation network,hypothesis and empirical test on the relationship between the network characteristics,structural characteristics,innovation environment and innovation performance of the target enterprise.The research results show that the stability dimension of corporate network relationship characteristics is significantly negatively correlated with corporate innovation performance,and network structure characteristics have a positive impact on corporate innovation performance.The atmosphere within the cluster is positively acting on the innovation performance of the enterprise,from which relevant management enlightenment and further countermeasures are obtained.
