摘　　要：黏连蛋白介导姐妹染色单体粘着,姐妹染色单体粘着保证了细胞有丝分裂过程中染色体的均等分离。研究表明黏连蛋白在有丝分裂中发挥重要作用。本文对黏连蛋白在有丝分裂中的功能进行了综述。Cohesin mediates sister chromatids cohesion.Cohesion ensures that the chromosomes of the mother cell equally segregate into the daughter cells through the process of mitosis.A growing number of studies have shown that cohesin play an important role in mitosis.This paper summarizes the function of cohesin in mitosis.
