摘  要:目前,有轨电车线网规划的编制工作尚缺乏全国性的统一标准,各城市主要参考原地铁线网规划进行编制。从有轨电车与地铁的技术特征入手,提出有轨电车以地面敷设为主、常规公交模式的运营组织、交叉口信号控制优先、司机瞭望驾驶等区别于地铁的技术思路;进而通过与地铁线网规划内容的比较,提出有轨电车线网规划内容不仅应当包括线路及车站布局、车辆基地、运营组织、资源共享、协调性规划等共性部分,还应当增加有轨电车特性的研究,主要包括网络化运营方案研究、道路交通组织研究、因地制宜的系统能力分析等;最后将有轨电车线网规划根据有无地铁分为两种模式,结合相关案例分析两种情形下有轨电车线网规划的编制思路,以及在规划时需要重点考虑的问题。At present,the compilation of tram network planning is still lack of national unified standards,each city mainly refers to the original metro network planning.This paper puts forward the technical characteristics of the tram,such as the ground laying,the operation organization of the bus mode,the priority of signal control at the intersection,and the driver’s lookout driving.By comparing with the metro,it is proposed that the planning content of tram network should not only include the common parts such as line and station layout,vehicle base,operation organization,resource sharing and coordination planning,but also increase the research on the particularity of tram,includeing network operation,road traffic organization,system capability analysis according to local conditions.Finally,the tram network planning is divided into two modes the paper analyzes the preparation ideas of trams under the two situations and the problems that need to be considered in the planning.
