摘 要:普通小麦是中国主要口粮作物之一,小麦籽粒中高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)是决定小麦加工品质、面团流变学特性及面团微结构的重要因素。普通小麦中HMW-GS基因的等位变异、组合、相对表达量显著影响面粉的最终用途。采用功能标记鉴定小麦HMW-GS已成为小麦种质资源筛选、加工品质改良、加速优质小麦育种的研究热点之一。本研究综述了普通小麦HMW-GS基因功能标记开发、运用的研究进展及存在的不足,期望加速HMW-GS功能标记开发,加强其在优质小麦育种中的应用。Common wheat is one of the main grain crops in China.High molecular weight glutenin(HMW-GS)in wheat seeds is an important factor to determine the wheat processing quality,dough rheological properties and dough microstructure.Allelic variation,combination and relative expression of HMW-GS genes in common wheat significantly affect the final use of flour.Identification of wheat HMW-GS by functional markers has become one of the research hotspots in wheat germplasm resources screening,processing quality improvement and acceleration of high-quality wheat breeding.In this review,the development,application and deficiency of functional markers for HMW-GS genes in common wheat were summarized.We expect that the development of functional markers of HMW-GS gene would be accelerated and its application in high-quality wheat breeding would be strengthened.
