摘  要:马铃薯试管苗离体保存是当今种质保存较为有效的方法。本研究以马铃薯品种‘希森6号’和‘Disiree’为材料,以MS为基本培养基,分别添加不同浓度的嘧啶醇,以获得能延长马铃薯种质资源保存时间的最佳培养基。实验结果表明:嘧啶醇对马铃薯品种‘希森6号’与‘Disiree’有保存效果,随着嘧啶醇浓度的升高抑制作用越大且浓度在12.5μmol/L抑制效果显著,成活率为100%而且还可以起到壮苗的效果。It is an effective method to preserve potato plantlets in vitro.In this study,potato varieties'Xisen 6'and'Disiree'were used as materials and MS as basic medium,and different concentrations of pyrimidinol were added to obtain the best culture medium which could prolong the preservation time of potato germplasm resources.The results showed that pyrimidinol had preservation effect on potato variety'Xisen 6'and'Disiree'.With the increase of pyrimidine concentration,the inhibitory effect was greater and the inhibitory effect was significant at 12.5μmol/L.The survival rate is 100%and can also play the effect of strengthening seedlings.
