柴油机增压空气水冷中冷和空冷中冷下的装载机性能研究

摘  要:工程机械用柴油机涡轮增压空气的冷却方式有水冷中冷方式和空冷中冷方式,其冷却过程对增压空气温度、压力、流动时间等有不同影响。对水冷中冷器及空冷中冷器的流体性能进行仿真,分析增压空气全流程压力损失和全流程迟滞时间,以及两种冷却方式对柴油机功率、油耗及排放的影响。分别对装有水冷中冷系统和空冷中冷系统的50型轮式装载机及柴油机性能开展现场试验。理论研究和现场试验结果表明:增压空气水冷中冷系统能够使工程机械具有更高的动力性,更低的油耗和更高的可靠性。The cooling methods of turbocharged air in diesel engine for construction machinery include water-to-air intercooling and air-to-air intercooling.The cooling processes have different inpacts on the temperature,pressure and flow time of the turbocharged air.The fluid performance of the water-to-air intercooler and air-to-air intercooler is simulated.The pressure loss and lag lime of the whole process of the charge air are analyzed,as well as the impacts of the two cooling methods on the power,fuel consumption and emission of the diesel engine.Field tests are carried out on the performance of model 50 wheel loaders and diesel engines equipped with waterto-air intercooling system and air-to-air intercooling system respectively.Theoretical research and field tests results show that the charge air water-to-air intercooling system can enable construction machinery to have higher dynamic performance,lower fuel consumption and higher reliability.
