摘 要:[目的]对云南某高校健康教育工作体系建设情况进行评估,为提高高校健康教育的实效性提供参考。[方法]以云南某高校从事健康教育教师16人、健康教育相关管理者14人和学生同伴教育骨干115人为调查对象,采取问卷调查和参与式评估相结合方法,对学校健康教育师资队伍的构建、健康教育工作的管理机制、健康教育课程的可接受性以及健康教育发展需求等问题进行综合分析。[结果]云南某高校学校健康教育已具有较好的组织管理架构,实现了分级管理,健康教育涵盖了心理健康、禁毒防艾教育、性与生殖健康、应对不良生活方式4个模块,健康教育教师师生配置比约为1∶4750。学校健康教育存在着缺乏可持续性发展规划、师资专业知识储备以及能力建设资源投入不足、学生参与性欠佳、缺乏有效的督导和评估机制等问题,学生对健康教育的总体评价较高,平均达4.00±0.95分。[结论]建立健全有效的健康教育管理机制,构建健康教育监督评估体系,在现有人力资源基础上提高教师知识和教育技能储备,整合参与式健康教育方法,以能力提升为导向,重视健康教育的实效性,有助于学校健康教育体系的有序发展。Objective To evaluate health education system construction in a university of Yunnan province so as to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of health education in colleges and universities.Methods A total of 16 health education teachers,14 health education managers and 115 peer educators of students in a university in Yunnan province were selected as the subjects for the survey.Comprehensive analysis was made on the issues such as team construction of health education teachers,the management mechanism of health education in the school,the acceptability of health education courses,and the demands on the development of health education by using a combination of questionnaire survey and participatory assessment.Results The survey showed that the health education in a university in Yunnan Province had good organization and management structure which had achieved hierarchical management.Health education covered four modules of mental health,anti-drugs and HIV/AIDS prevention,sexual and reproductive health,as well as coping with unhealthy lifestyles.Teacher-student ratio of health education was about 1:4750,there was still a big gap compared with the work in colleges and universities in developed countries.There were also some problems in terms of the health education in school,such as the lack of sustainable development planning,insufficient reserve of teachers'professional knowledge,insufficient investment in capacity-building,low participation of students,and the lack of effective supervision and evaluation mechanisms,etc.However,the overall evaluation of health education by students was relatively high with the average score of 4.00±0.95 points.Conclusions The establishment and enhancement of effective management mechanism for health education,the construction of supervision and evaluation system for health education,the improvement on reserve of teachers'knowledge and educational skills based on existing human resources,the integration of a participatory health education method guided by ability prom
