摘  要:隔音木质门是近年来功能木质门重要的发展方向之一,但目前市场上的隔音木质门存在声学性能良莠不齐、尺寸稳定性难以保证等问题,不能满足消费者更高品质的需求。通过文献法和市场调研对隔音木质门声学性能研究现状进行总结与分析,阐述其发展趋势。在此基础上,提出一种提高门芯声学性能的结构创新设计,介绍其设计原理和实施方案,以期为木门企业生产更高质量的隔音木质门提供设计思路和理论参考。Soundproof wooden doors have become one of the important development directions of functional wood doors in recent years,but the soundproof wooden doors currently on the market can not meet consumers'demand for higher quality due to such problems as uneven acoustic performance and difficulty in guaranteeing size stability.With the literature method and through market research,the current status of acoustic performance of soundproof wooden doors was summarized and analyzed,and their development trend was stated,based on which an innovative structural design aimed to improve the acoustic performance of door cores was proposed,with its design principles and implementation scheme introduced in design,with the aim to provide design ideas and theoretical references for wooden door enterprises to produce higher-quality soundproof wooden doors.
