摘  要:本研究旨在探讨日粮中添加不同水平的棉花秸秆对绵羊体内氮和游离棉酚的影响。试验选择平均体重为(36.6±0.36)kg带有瘤胃瘘管的绵羊6只及正常绵羊15只,分别饲喂对照组日粮(无棉花秸秆)、20%和40%棉花秸秆日粮。结果:40%棉花秸秆组体增重较其他两组分别降低了37.45%和34.72%(P<0.05),而对照组日增重较20%和40%棉花秸秆组显著提高了26.67%和58.33%(P<0.05)。干物质摄入量和氮沉积随棉花秸秆添加比例的增加而增加(P<0.05)。20%棉花秸秆组瘤胃氨氮浓度显著低于对照组和40%棉花秸秆组(P<0.05)。对照组瘤胃乙酸24.29%和31.95%(P<0.05)。粪便和尿液中游离棉酚的排泄量随棉花秸秆添加水平的升高而增加(P<0.05)。随着棉花秸秆添加水平的升高,血浆棉酚浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。40%棉花秸秆组肝脏、肾脏和肌肉中游离棉酚浓度显著高于对照组和20%棉花秸秆组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,20%和40%棉花秸秆组血小板计数、血红蛋白浓度和铁含量显著降低(P<0.05),40%棉花秸秆组谷草转氨酶活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。结论:绵羊日粮中添加棉花秸秆对绵羊的体重无显著影响,但降低了日增重。短期添加棉花秸秆使体内仅沉积少量的游离棉酚。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different levels of cotton straws on nitrogen and free gossypol in sheep.Twelve sheep with an average body weight of 36.6±0.36 kg and rumen fistula were selected to be fed the control group diet(no cotton straw),20%and 40%cotton straw diets.Results:the body weight gain in the 40%cotton straw group was 37.45%and 34.72%lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.05),while the daily weight gain in the control group was 26.67%and 58.33%higher than that in the 20%and 40%cotton straw groups(P<0.05).Dry matter intake and nitrogen deposition increased with the proportion of cotton straw addition(P<0.05).The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in rumen of 20%cotton straw group was significantly lower than that of control group and 40%cotton straw group(P<0.05).The rumen acetic acid in the control group was 24.29%and 31.95%(P<0.05).The excretion of gossypol in feces and urine increased with the increase of cotton straw addition level(P<0.05).With the increase of cotton straw addition level,plasma gossypol concentration increased significantly(P<0.05).The concentration of gossypol in liver,kidney and muscle of 40%cotton straw group was significantly higher than that of control group and 20%cotton straw group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the platelet count,hemoglobin concentration and iron content of the 20%and 40%cotton straw groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the glutamine-straw transaminase activity of the 40%cotton straw group was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding cotton straw to sheep diet had no significant effect on sheep weight,but reduced the daily gain.Only a small amount of gossypol can be deposited by adding cotton straw.
