摘  要:人才是饲料企业高质量发展的第一资源。在饲料产业规模化经营的今天,饲料企业参与校企合作具有强烈的内在需求和实践动力,校企合作能有效破解饲料企业人才招聘难题,提升饲料企业人才培养质效,优化饲料企业社会形象,具有极大的现实意义。饲料企业参与校企合作应树立助力产教融合、扩宽晋升空间、形成长效机制的目标导向,通过强化政府政策支持、创新校企合作机制、激发行业协会力量、优化校企合作管理流程,为饲料企业高质量发展提供坚强的人才保障,形成饲料企业参与校企合作的持续动力。Talented personnel is the first resource for the high-quality development of feed enterprises.In today’s large-scale operation of feed industry,there is a strong internal demand and practical power for feed enterprises to participate in school enterprise cooperation.School enterprise cooperation can effectively solve the problem of talent recruitment in feed enterprises,improve the quality and efficiency of talent training in feed enterprises,and optimize the social image of feed enterprises,which has great practical significance.In order to participate in school enterprise cooperation,feed enterprises should set up the goal orientation of helping the integration of production and education,expanding the promotion space and forming a long-term mechanism.By strengthening the government policy support,innovating the school enterprise cooperation mechanism,stimulating the strength of industry associations and optimizing the school enterprise cooperation management process,feed enterprises should be provided with a strong talent guarantee for high-quality development,and feed enterprises should be promoted to form a support of participating in school enterprise cooperation continuous power.
