摘 要:大型仪器在高校实验教学以及科研测试服务中发挥着重要的作用。强化培训与服务是提高仪器使用效率的有效方法。针对目前医学院公共技术平台中大型仪器培训中存在的问题,对培训工作进行了多模式的探索,建立了分类培训、传统现场培训与线上视频培训相结合及统一开放培训与定制专场培训相结合等方法,优化了相关培训管理制度。实践表明,这些措施使仪器培训高效可行,培训成效显著,有利于充分挖掘大型仪器的最大使用潜能,发挥最大使用效益,促进科研发展。Large-scale instruments play important roles in experimental teaching and testing services for scientific research in colleges and universities. Strengthening the training and service of large-scale instruments is an effective way to improve the efficiency of instruments. The problems existing in the training system for the large-scale instruments are analyzed. Based on the core facilities,the training of large-scale instruments has been explored in multi-mode. The methods of classified training,combination of traditional on-site training and online training by video,and combination of unified open and customized on-site training,etc. are established. And the relevant training management system is also optimized. Finally,the results of such training system are summarized. The results show that these measures make instrument training efficient and effective,improve the utilization efficiency of such instruments and raise the application effect to the most,and promote the development of scientific research.
