摘　　要：以自来水为主要清洗介质,设计清洗篮架、主喷淋嘴、外旋转喷淋臂、冷凝器等主要硬件结构和PLC软件控制程序的化学试剂瓶自动清洗装置,从而实现实验室废弃试剂瓶的预洗、混合洗、漂洗和干燥功能。为了验证清洗效果,构建了洗瓶洁净度与透光率相互转换实验平台,测试清洗介质的流量、温度及时间参数变量对透光率的影响关系。测试结果表明,当清洗介质流量为7.8 L/min、温度50℃、时长4.8 min时,C3H8O3+KMnO4混合废液瓶清洗后的洁净度最高。该洗瓶装置及实验方法成功应用于实验室各类废弃试剂瓶清洗,并取得较好的经济效益。This paper takes tap water as the main spray medium,and designs the main hardware structure such as sealed cleaning cabin,cleaning basket,main spray nozzle,external rotary spray arm,vapor condenser,to complete an intelligent chemical reagent bottle cleaning device and a PLC software control program.The equipment unit realizes the functions of pre-washing,mixing washing,rinsing and drying of the discarded reagent bottles.For verifying the cleaning effect,experiments are carried out to set up the construction of washing bottle cleanliness and light transmittance mutual conversion experimental platform to test the influence relationship between the flow rate,the temperature and the time of the main parameter change on the light transmittance.The results show that when the cleaning flow rate is 7.8 L/min,the temperature is 50℃,and the time is 4.8 min,the washing device has the best mixing and washing efficiency,and the reagent bottle has the highest cleanliness.The device and experimental method have been successfully applied to the cleaning of all kinds of waste reagent bottles in the laboratory,and good economic benefits have been obtained.
