Vitapex联合派丽奥治疗严重根尖周炎伴牙周炎50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察Vitapex联合派丽奥治疗严重根尖周炎伴牙周炎50例的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的严重根尖周炎伴牙周炎患者100例作为研究对象,患牙共计100颗,纳入时间为2018年5月~2019年5月,采用随机数字表法将100例患者分为对照组和观察组两组,各50例,两组患者均给予牙周基础治疗,对照组50例患者应用传统根管填充治疗,观察组50例患者采用Vitapex与派力奥联合治疗,依据X线检查结果与临床症状对患者临床疗效进行评估。结果治疗2个月后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(96%)高于对照组(84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的菌斑指数、出血指数、牙周袋深度、牙周附着水平指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的4项指标均有所改善,但相比之下,观察组的改善效果更佳显著。结论严重根尖周炎伴牙周炎患者在常规治疗的基础上,应用Vitapex联合派力奥治疗,可使菌斑指数、出血指数、牙周袋深度、牙周附着水平等指标有效改善,临床疗效显著,具有较高的推广价值。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of 50 cases Vitapex combined with periocline in severe periapical periodontitis complicated with periodontitis.Methods One hundred patients(or 100 offending teeth)with severe periapical periodontitis complicated with periodontitis admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group using the random number table,with 50 in each group.All patients were administered by basic periodontal treatment.The 50 patients in the control group received root canal therapy,and another 50 in the observation group accepted Vitapex and periocline.Therapeutic efficacy was assessed by X-ray and clinical symptoms.Results After 2-month treatment,the total effective rate was 96%in the observation group,higher than that of 84%in the control group,with significant difference in the intergroup comparison(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the baseline plaque index,bleeding index,periodontal pocket depth and attachment level between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the four indices were ameliorated after treatment,with better recovery in the observation group than the control group.Conclusion Based on the basic treatment for severe periapical periodontitis complicated with periodontitis,a combination of Vitapex combined with periocline effectively improved plaque index,bleeding index,periodontal pocket depth and attachment level with favorable therapeutic efficacy.Therefore,this drug combination is worth promoting in clinical practices.
