重症脑出血患者采用醒脑静与依达拉奉联合治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重症脑出血患者的治疗中应用醒脑静与依达拉奉联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2019年1~10月收治的450例重症脑出血患者进行分析。将其随机分为观察组与对照组两组,对照组患者给予单纯依达拉奉进行治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗基础上加用醒脑静进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分的变化情况及用药后的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损评分明显降低,且观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在重症脑出血患者的治疗中应用依达拉奉联合醒脑静的治疗方式,能有效促进患者的恢复,具有较高的用药安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xingnaojing combined with edaravone in the treatment of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 450 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January to October 2019 were selected for analysis.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Patients in the control group were treated with edaravone alone,and patients in the observation group were treated with Xingnaojing based on the treatment of the patients in the control group.The clinical treatment effects,changes in neurological deficit scores and adverse reactions after medication were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neurological deficit score of the two groups of patients was significantly reduced,and the neurological deficit score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of edaravone combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage can effectively promote the recovery of patients,and it has a high drug safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
