摘　　要：技术侦查是侦查机关办案过程中,根据国家相关法律规定,在一定条件下采取的一种侦查手段。在刑事诉讼中,为兼顾保护侦查秘密和追诉犯罪,侦查机关需要对相关证据进行转化。技术侦查转化涉及多种形式,其中转化为语言文字材料的证据占有重要地位。通过对语言文字材料证据转化的方式进行分析和研究,以期完善和优化证据的转化,便于更好地开展刑事诉讼活动。Technical investigation is a method of investigation adopted by investigative organs in the process of investigation under certain conditions and in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.In criminal proceedings,investigative agencies need to transform and apply relevant evidence in order to protect investigative secrets and prosecute crimes.The transformation of technical investigation involves many forms,among which the evidence converted into language and text materials occupies an important position.This paper makes a study on the method of transforming evidence into language and text materials,with a view to perfecting and optimizing evidence transformation and to carrying out criminal prosecution activities.
