摘　　要：新时代,习近平总书记对教师工作提出一系列要求,做“三个传播者”“三个塑造者”“四有好老师”“四个引路人”……,尤其是《关于加强和改进新时代师德师风建设的意见》的提出,使高校教师更为清楚地认识到,新时代赋予其丰富的内涵,要以“全面加强师德师风建设”作为首要任务,在新时代背景下建设师德师风的提升路径,形成教师正确的教育理念和质量观。In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of requirements for teachers’work.They should be“three communicators”,“three shapers”,“good teachers with four virtues”and“four guiders”,and so on.The proposal of Suggestion of Strengthening and Improving of the Construction of Teachers’Professional Ethics in New Era makes college teachers have more clear understanding the following things:giving its rich connotation in the new era,putting“comprehensively strengthening the construction of teachers’professional ethics”as the top priority,forming right education ideas and quality views.The paths contribute to the construction of teachers’professional ethics in the context of the new era.
