高校本科专业办学效率比较研究——基于学科分类视角的实证案例

摘　　要：以D大学本科专业为研究对象,对该校2013—2015三个年度本科专业自评数据进行统计分析,从“投入”与“产出”维度考察本科专业办学效率,为高校提供本科专业评估的认识方法和解释逻辑。研究发现:各学科本科专业办学效率存在差异。高校应关注办学投入与产出对办学成效的累积效应;注重调动和激发教师人力资源潜能;坚持全面地评估各类办学资源的投入和产出效率。This paper makes a statistical analysis on the self-assessment data in 2013-2015 for the undergraduate major of D University,investigates its school-running efficiency from the perspective of“input”and“output”,and provides the cognitive method and explanation logic for professional assessment.It is found that there are differences in the school-running efficiency of each subject.Therefore,the conclusion can be drawn that colleges and universities should concern on the cumulative effect from the input and output of school-running,pay attention to mobilizing and stimulating the potential of human resources,and adhere to the comprehensive evaluation of the input and output efficiency of various school-running resources.
