游离皮瓣修复老年头面部皮肤肿瘤术后缺损的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察游离皮瓣修复老年头面部皮肤肿瘤术后缺损的效果。方法:2015年5月-2019年12月收治老年头面部皮肤肿瘤患者32例,均进行皮肤肿瘤根治性切除手术,术后均存在缺损情况,并进行Ⅰ期修复。根据患者缺损范围及部位,分别采用股前外侧游离皮瓣与前臂游离皮瓣进行修复。分析最终修复结果。结果:所有患者治疗后游离皮瓣均成活,患者头面部容貌有较大改善。所有患者在移植皮瓣后均发生不同程度肿胀。采用游离皮瓣修复术后4个月内,所有患者均无不良反应和严重疼痛等情况出现,同时复查修复受区生长良好,无坏死区域。所有患者对于本次治疗均表示满意。结论:在老年头面部皮肤肿瘤术后缺损治疗中,可采取游离皮瓣修复术,应用效果理想。Objective:To observe the effect of free skin flap in repairing the postoperative defects of head and face skin tumor of elderly patients.Methods:From May 2015 to December 2019,32 elderly patients with head and face skin tumors were enrolled,the radical resection of skin tumors were performed,and they were all existed defects after operation,so phase I repair were performed.According to the range and location of the defects,the anterior and lateral femoral free skin flap and the forearm free skin flap were used to repair the defects.The final results of repairing were analyzed.Results:The free skin flaps were all survived after treatment and the head and facial features improved greatly.All patients developed varying degrees of swelling after transplantation.No adverse reactions and severe pain were observed in all patients within 4 months after free skin flap repair,at the same time,the repair area grew well and no necrosis area was observed.All patients were satisfied with the treatment method.Conclusion:The free skin flap can be used to repair the defects of the elderly patients with head and face skin tumors,the application effect is ideal.
