摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌根治术联合新辅助化疗对前哨淋巴结阳性患者生活质量的影响。方法:2015年6月-2018年6月收治乳腺癌患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采用改良根治术治疗,观察组在改良根治术基础上联合新辅助化疗治疗;两组术后均证实前哨淋巴结活检阳性。比较两组临床疗效及生活质量评分。结果:观察组远处转移率及5年生存率均明显优于对照组,且术后生活质量各项评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良根治术联合新辅助化疗治疗前哨淋巴结阳性乳腺癌,远期生存率较高,可明显改善患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of radical mastectomy combined with chemotherapy on quality of life of sentinel lymph node positive patients.Methods:From June 2015 to June 2018,90 cases of breast cancer were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified radical surgery and the observation group was treated with combined chemotherapy on the basis of modified radical surgery.Both groups confirmed positive sentinel lymph node biopsy after operation.The clinical efficacy and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared.Results:The distant metastasis rate and 5-year survival rate in observation group were better than control group,the quality of life scores were significantly better than the control group after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified radical surgery combined with chemotherapy for sentinel lymph node positive breast cancer has a higher long-term survival rate and it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
