摘　　要：加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导对高校贫困生个人发展至关重要。高校贫困生中的人文关怀与心理疏导一体化,能有效促进高校贫困生的全面发展,构建贫困生资助管理体系。从高等教育实践中了解高校贫困生人文关怀与心理疏导一体化进程,从而构筑高校贫困生的人文关怀与心理疏导“四位一体”的全渠道体系,探究高校贫困生中的人文关怀与心理疏导一体化举措。Strengthening and improving ideological and political work,and focusing on humanistic care and psychological counseling are vital to the personal development of poor college students.The integration of humanistic care and psychological counseling for poor college students can effectively promote the overall development of them,and build a financial support management system for poor students.We explore the process of the integration of humanistic care and psychological counseling for poor college students in the practice of higher education,so as to so as to build a"four-in-one"omni-channel system of humanistic care and psychological counseling for poor college students,and explore measures for the integration of humanistic care and psychological counseling for poor college students.
