摘 要:思想政治理论课是思想政治教育的主渠道,直接影响到大学生思想政治教育的获得感。从马斯洛需要层次理论的视角来看,思想政治理论课获得感的现实困境表现为:显性或隐性的伤害导致缺乏安全感,教学关爱不够无法满足社交需要,相互尊重缺失伤了自尊自信,实践体验不足妨碍了自我实现。在需要理论视阈下,思想政治理论课获得感的提升应该通过面向生命关爱,温暖学习情感;恪守相互尊重,优化学习心理;遵循平等互动,愉悦学习过程;注重课外实践,丰盈学习体验等路径来实现。The ideological and political course plays a main role in ideological and political education,which directly affects the sense of acquisition of college students.From the perspective of Maslow′s needs theory,the realistic predicament of the sense of acquisition in ideological and political course are as follows:insecurity caused by overt or covert harm,failure to meet social needs from the lack of care,wounded self-esteem and self-confidence from the lack of mutual respect,inadequate self actualization caused by lack of practical experience.In view of needs theory,the promotion of classroom sense of achievement should be realized through life-oriented care to warm learning emotion,abiding by mutual respect to optimize learning psychology,adhering to equal interaction for enjoyable learning process,attaching importance to extracurricular practice to enrich learning experience.
