摘  要:蚁群算法是一种模拟分布式智能仿生算法,在多种组合求最优解的问题中常被应用。本文首先对蚁群算法的原理进行了介绍,并根据其原理建立了风险投资的动态模型,并详细阐述了模型的实现步骤和关键代码,模型中将方差作为投资风险指标,给出了蚂蚁算法的判断标准,最后以某房地产企业为实例,给出了蚁群算法在房产投资中的具体应用,得到了最优投资比例。Ant colony algorithm is a kind of simulated distributed intelligent bionic algorithm,which is often used in the problem of multiple combinations to find the optimal solution.In this paper,the principle of ant colony algorithm is introduced firstly,and the dynamic model of venture capital is established according to its principle,and the realization steps and key codes of the model are described in detail.Variance is regarded as the investment risk index in the model,and the judgment standard of ant colony algorithm is given.Finally,taking a real estate enterprise as an example,the application of ant colony algorithm in real estate investment is given,The optimal investment ratio is obtained.
