摘　　要：介绍了一种薏苡仁油脂生产污水处理工艺,该工艺使用工业级氯化钠盐析破乳,经气浮和生化处理后可达到一级污水排放标准。与植物油脂生产污水处理常用的酸化法对比,该处理工艺简单、高效、成本低,可为其他含植物油脂生产污水处理提供参考依据。The process of treating wastewater from coix seed oil production was introduced in this article.In this process,industrial sodium chloride salt was used to break the emulsion.With air floatation and biochemical treatment,the wastewater reached the requirement for first level discharge water.Compared with acidification process which is commonly used in treating wastewater from vegetable oil production,the process mentioned herein is simpler in operation,higher in efficiency,and lower in cost,which may be referenced in the treatment of other wastewaters from vegetable oil production.
