摘　　要：从项目进度控制着手,探讨了如何将核定人工时下达到工作包进行人工时控制的方法,对WBS和赢得值原理进行了探讨,通过人工时管理优化,达到促进项目正常进行、降低百元成本、保证项目顺利实施、提升项目效益的目的。This paper focuses on the project schedule control,discusses how to check and ratify artificial nowadays to work package for control method,probes into the WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)and EVC(Earned Value Concept).Through the optimization of man-hour management,it can promote the normal progress of the project and reduce the"100 yuan cost",ensure the project smooth implementation,improve the purpose of the project benefits.
