普瑞巴林联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片用于晚期前列腺癌癌性疼痛治疗的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨普瑞巴林联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期前列腺癌癌痛的有效性。方法40例晚期前列腺癌疼痛患者分为联合普瑞巴林组(联用组)与单用盐酸羟考酮缓释片组(单用组),使用疼痛数字评分(NRS)、起效时间、缓解时间、日最高盐酸羟考酮用量、药物不良反应进行评估。结果用药后1周、2周、4周、8周,联用组在疼痛缓解、药物镇痛作用时间与最高日剂量均优于单用组。结论晚期前列腺癌癌痛联合使用普瑞巴林与盐酸羟考酮缓释片镇痛效果佳,不良反应发生较少。Objective To discuss the efficacy of pregabalin combined with hydrochloride oxycodone for treatment of pain in advanced prostate cancer.Methods 40 patients with advanced prostate cancer were divided into pregabalin group and hydrochloride oxycodone group,which were evaluated by NRS,effective time,duration,maximum daily dosage and adverse reactions.Results After 1,2,4 and 8 weeks,combined treatment group were better in the pain relief,effect time and the maximum daily dosage.Conclusion Pregabalin combined with hydrochloride oxycodone has a better analgesic effect with less adverse reactions in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer pain.
