摘 要:具有生物制药工艺技术素养的人才肩负着制药产业升级的重任,生物制药工艺的教学需要一个有效的体系。该体系包括有效课程体系、有效教学方法、有效教学硬件和软件以及产学研有效结合机制。其中有效课程体系可以分为基本知识、基础技术、工艺技术和工艺设计四个层次的课程;有效教学方法应强调理论知识与实践教学的结合;为提高生物制药工艺教学的实效性,教学的硬件和软件尽量使教学接近真实情景;教师的队伍应与制药工艺和行业企业具有对应性和兼容性,有效发挥产学研的融合优势。The talents with the technical literacy of biopharmaceutical technology shoulder the important task of upgrading the pharmaceutical industry.The teaching of biopharmaceutical technology needs an effective system.The system includes effective curriculum system,effective teaching methods,effective teaching hardware and software,and effective combination mechanism of production,teaching and research.Among them,the effective curriculum system can be divided into four levels:basic knowledge,basic technology,process technology and process design;effective teaching methods should emphasize the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical teaching;in order to improve the effectiveness of biopharmaceutical technology teaching,the hardware and software of teaching should make the teaching close to the real situation as far as possible;the team of teachers should have a good relationship with pharmaceutical technology and industry enterprises adaptability and compatibility,to effectively play the advantages of industry university research integration.
