摘  要:采用等离子喷涂法在轴承外圈表面喷涂氧化铝陶瓷涂层,对涂层做后续处理,进行高湿度试验,测量绝缘电阻,并对喷涂粉末和陶瓷涂层做XRD和SEM分析。结果表明:氧化铝陶瓷涂层的外圈做封孔处理可以提高涂层在高湿度环境下的绝缘性能,但由于涂层中存在孔隙和亚稳定γ-Al2O3相,涂层仍对高湿度环境有一定的敏感性。Plasma spraying method is used to spray Al2O3 ceramic coatings on surface of bearing outer rings.The insulation resistance is measured under high humidity after subsequent treatment of the coatings,and XRD and SEM analysis are carried out on spraying powder and ceramic coatings.The results show that the sealing treatment of Al2O3 ceramic coatings on outer rings can improve insulating properties of the coatings under high humidity.However,due to existence of pore and metastable phase ofγ-Al2O3 in the coatings,the coatings are still sensitive to high humidity.
