摘 要:针对传统滑模观测器永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制存在的抖振、观测精确度受转速影响等问题,提出了一种扩展滑模观测器无位置传感器控制方法。通过将扩展反电势估算值反馈至定子电流观测环节,得到扩展滑模观测器,并采用饱和函数代替传统的开关函数,有效地改善了扩展滑模观测器存在的抖振问题,同时还采用了带有消除旋转影响环节的锁相环得到转子位置,滤除反电势信息中的高频谐波,进一步增强了抗干扰能力,提高了观测精确度。最后,在一台2. 9 k W的表贴式永磁同步电机上进行了实验验证,通过与传统滑模观测器进行对比得出,所提出方法能够较好地消除传统滑模观测器存在的抖振问题,并且观测精确度受转速变化影响较小,具有更高的观测精确度和更好的动态性能。In the traditional sliding mode observer based sensorless field oriented control scheme for permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM),the observed back-electromotive force( EMF) exists chattering problem,and the observed rotor position is impressionable to rotational speed. Focused on these problems,a sensorless control scheme based on extended sliding mode observer is proposed in this paper.Through feeding back the estimated back-EMF to the stator current observer,and replacing the traditional switching function by saturation function,the chattering problem was improved effectively. Furthermore,the observation accuracy and anti-jamming ability was further improved by introducing the rotated influence immune phase-locked loop. Finally,compared with the traditional sliding mode observer,the experimental results based on a 2. 9 kW PMSM show that the proposed scheme is immune to the back-EMF chattering,and has better dynamic performance and observation accuracy.
