通用式微生物发酵罐嵌入式控制系统的设计

摘　　要：基于STM32F103嵌入式芯片,设计外围的接口电路及输入输出通道电路。通过μCOSⅢ实时操作系统,分别设计了驱动程序和功能代码,可实现对酸碱度、溶氧度和温度的设定、显示、控制,以及与上位机通讯等功能。根据装置的功能需求设计了上位机监控界面,可实现对发酵过程的监控。在微生物发酵装置的试运行中,所设计的嵌入式控制系统能够实现对温度、酸碱度、溶氧度的控制,控制精度满足应用需求。Based on STM32 F103 embedded chip,the external interface circuit and input-output channel circuit are designed in this paper.With μCOSⅢ real-time operating system,the driver and function code are designed respectively,and the functions of setting,displaying and controlling p H,dissolved oxygen and temperatures as well as communication with upper computer are realized.According to the functional requirements of the device,the upper computer monitoring interface is designed to monitor the fermentation process.The experimental results show that:in the trial operation of the microbial fermentation device,the embedded automatic control system can achieve the control of temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen,and the control accuracy can meet the use requirements.
