摘  要:为了确定沥青路面碾压温度的合适范围,基于PQI密度检测结果,进行沥青路面施工碾压温度对密实度影响的分析,确定并推荐了合适的碾压温度范围。试验结果显示,随着初压温度提高,结构层密度逐渐增加,从经济性及质量控制两方面考虑,初始碾压温度应控制在155~165℃。在相同碾压机械组合及碾压工艺条件下,随着终压温度提高,PQI检测密度逐渐增大,施工中应保证在结构层温度降低至90℃前完成碾压。标定后PQI密度检测具有较高的准确性,可代替钻芯检测法用于密度(或压实度)快速无损检测,但当混合料类型、沥青品种、碾压机械及碾压组合等发生改变时,应参照上述方案重新进行相关检测。in order to determine the suitable range of asphalt pavement rolling temperature,based on the results of PQI density detection, the influence of rolling temperature on compactness in asphalt pavement construction is analyzed,and the range is determined and recommended. The results show that the density of the structure layer increases gradually with the increase of the initial pressure temperature. Considering the economy and quality control,the initial rolling temperature should be controlled at 155 ~ 165℃ . With the final press temperature increased under the same rolling machine combination and the same rolling process degrees,PQI detection density gradually increased. During the construction,the compaction should be completed before the temperature of the structure layer is reduced to 90℃ .After calibration,PQI density detection has high accuracy,which can be used instead of drilling core detection for density( or compaction) fast nondestructive testing. But when the mixture type,asphalt variety,rolling machinery and rolling combination change,the relevant detection should be re-examined with reference to the above scheme.
