摘　　要：为实现环保专项资金经济、环境、社会效益最大化,以J省环保专项资金审查工作为例,分析探讨了专项资金在投入使用、项目监督和绩效评价等方面的管理现状,对资金项目审查工作提出相关建议,并初步构建了资金绩效评价指标体系,为今后环保专项资金审查监管工作和绩效评价提供一定的借鉴。In order to maximize the economic-environmental-social benefits of the special environmental protection fund,taking the review work of the special environmental protection fund in J Province as an example,the management status of the special fund in the use,project supervision and performance evaluation was analyzed. Relevant suggestions were put forward and a capital performance evaluation index system was initially constructed to provide some reference for future environmental protection special fund review and supervision work and performance evaluation.
