摘  要:以山茱萸籽为主要原料,采用石油醚、正己烷、乙酸乙酯3种不同溶剂,研究超声波辅助、索式、微波辅助等3种方法下提取山茱萸籽油。结果表明以正己烷为提取剂的超声波辅助提取法的籽油得率最高。用GC-MS测定其主要成分,主要成分及其含量如下己酸乙酯(33.04%)、庚酸乙酯(22.06%)、乙酸(5.6%)、油酸(2.56%)、罗勒烯(1.04%)、亚麻醇(2.19%)。These methods,ultrasonic assisted extraction,Soxhlet extraction and microwave assisted extraction,were used to extract the seed oil of fruit of medicinal cornel under petroleum ether,n-hexane and ethyl acetate.The results showed that the highest yield of seed oil was obtained by ultrasonic assisted extraction with n-hexane as extractant.The main components and their contents were determined by GC-MS as follows:ethyl hexanoate(33.04%),ethyl heptanate(22.06%),acetic acid(5.6%),oleic acid(2.56%),rollene(1.04%),linolenol(2.19%).
