摘 要:异步电机因其成本低、可靠性高、维护方便等优点而在伺服系统、机器人驱动等领域得到广泛应用。定子磁链是实现异步电机高性能控制的基础,因此必须进行准确观测。针对常规异步电机电压模型、电流模型和混合电压电流模型定子磁链观测器存在的缺点,提出了一种基于极致扭曲滑模的新型异步电机定子磁链观测方法。所提方法不仅克服了电压模型定子磁链观测器受积分初始值和积分漂移的影响,而且克服了电流模型和混合电压电流模型定子磁链观测器受电感参数影响较大的问题,从而大大提高了异步电机定子磁链观测的精度。仿真和实验结果均验证了所提方法的有效性。Due to the low cost,high reliability,and easy maintenance,induction motor is widely used in the fields of servo systems and robot drives.As stator flux is the basis for induction motor to achieve high control performance,it must be observed accurately.Considering the drawbacks of the conventional voltage model,the current model,and the hybrid voltage and current model-based stator flux observers of the induction motor,a novel super-twisting sliding mode-based stator flux observer for induction motor is proposed in this paper.The proposed method not can overcome the effects of the integral initial and integral drift on the voltage model-based stator flux observer,but also can overcome the problems that the current model and the hybrid voltage and current model-based stator flux observer are heavily influenced by the inductance.Thus,the observation accuracy of the stator flux of the induction motor is improved significantly.Both the simulation and the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
