摘  要:以某款纯电动乘用汽车为研究对象,基于Hypermesh软件,建立了车架的有限元模型。在Optistruct模块下提取了车架前十二阶的固有频率和振型,并利用LMS振动测试系统对车架进行了模态试验。通过对比两种分析结果,在验证车架有限元模型准确性的基础上,分析了车架的动态特性。针对车架满载弯曲和满载扭转两种工况,对车架进行了静强度分析,验证车架的强度是否满足正常行驶强度要求。为纯电动乘用车车架的结构设计优化提供了有益参考。Taking a pure electric passenger car as the research object,frame finite element model was established based on Hypermesh software.In the Optistruct module,the natural frequency and mode shape of the first twelve stages of the frame were extracted,and the frame modal test was performed using the LMS vibration test system.By comparing the two results of analysis,the dynamic characteristics of the frame were analyzed based on the verification of the accuracy of the frame finite element model.For the two conditions of full frame bending and full load torsion,the static strength of the frame was analyzed to verify whether the frame strength meets the normal driving strength requirements.It provides a useful reference for frame structural optimization of the pure electric passenger car.
