摘　　要：医学编辑专业素质问题一直是一个无法回避的问题,依靠外部培养可能性不大,只有依靠编辑部自身培养与借鉴兄弟院校的力量才是解决问题的唯一出路。补足缺失的课程及知识短板、熟练掌握编排规范、不断重新构筑编辑自身的知识结构才能培养出比较理想的优秀编辑。这就要求全体编辑同仁为建立健全学者化的编辑队伍、促进医学编辑事业的蓬勃发展做出不懈努力。The professional quality of medical editors has always been an unavoidable problem.We cannot rely on external training,but only relay on the editorial department and peer colleges.Only by making up for the related courses and knowledge,mastering the rules of editing and typesetting and constantly reconstructing the knowledge structure of editors,can we cultivate excellent editors.Therefore,we should make unremitting efforts to establish a scholarly editor team and promote the vigorous development of medical editing.
