摘　　要：本文针对目前工科专业人才培养与社会需求脱节问题,在材料科学与工程专业人才培养过程中,探索了一系列的产学合作的改革。以培养创新型和应用型人才为核心,加深校企协同合作,共建专业课程,全方位深入教学全过程,提升教师工程素养,优化毕业生质量评估体系,有效促进学校、学生、企业等多方共赢。Aiming at the problem of the disconnection between the training of engineering talents and the social demand,this paper explores a series of reform of production university cooperation in the process of the training of materials science and engineering talents.With the cultivation of innovative and applied talents as the core,deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,build professional courses,deepen the whole teaching process in an all-round way,improve the engineering literacy of teachers,optimize the quality evaluation system of graduates,and effectively promote the win-win situation among schools,students and enterprises.
