五味消毒饮加减联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗早期麦粒肿的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨五味消毒饮加减联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗早期麦粒肿的效果。方法 120例早期麦粒肿患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组患者仅采用左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用五味消毒饮加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分以及临床疗效、复发情况。结果两组患者治疗前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后VAS评分均明显低于本组治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率96.7%明显高于对照组的81.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的复发率6.7%明显低于对照组的21.7%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五味消毒饮加减联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗早期麦粒肿的临床效果显著,且能够明显降低复发率,优于单纯滴眼液治疗效果。Objective To discuss the effect of addition and subtraction of Wuwei Xiaodu Drink combined with levofloxacin eye drops in the treatment of early stye.Methods A total of 120 early stye patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by levofloxacin eye drops,and the research group was treated by addition and subtraction of Wuwei Xiaodu Drink.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and recurrence situation were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the two groups was obviously lower than that before treatment,and the research group was obviously lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.7%of the research group was obviously higher than that of the control group 81.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate 6.7%of the research group was obviously lower than that of the control group 21.7%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Addition and subtraction of Wuwei Xiaodu Drink combined with levofloxacin eye drops shows remarkable clinical effect on early stye,and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate,which is better than simple eye drops.
