摘　　要：文章根据甘肃省中小物流企业数量众多、单个企业服务建设不完善等特点,提出了建立动态物流企业联盟的思路,同时建立了一套具有简单易行和操作性较强的盟员选择指标体系。文章最后利用FHAP为甘肃省中小物流企业联盟的盟员选择提供了相应的思路和办法。Based on the large number of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Gansu province and the imperfect service construction of individual enterprises,we put forward the idea of establishing dynamic logistics enterprise alliance,and establish a set of practicable,strong operational alliance member selection index system.At the last of our paper,FHAP is used to provide corresponding ideas and methods for selecting alliance members of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance in Gansu province.
